ABOUT ANDREA Facilitator, Speaker & Human-Centred Learning Professional
For much of my life, I’ve been drawn to understanding people — how we communicate, cope, connect, learn, and move through challenge and change. My background began in the UK within corporate training and communication-focused roles, where I worked in areas including emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, behavioural awareness, customer experience, and crisis support. Over time, that work naturally evolved into a deeper focus on emotional wellbeing, mindfulness, neurodiversity-informed support, and creative approaches to regulation and self-understanding. Today, my work through Mandalia House brings together both worlds.
I support youth, adults, families, schools, organizations, and community groups through a blend of communication, creativity, mindfulness, sensory awareness, emotional support, practical strategies, and supportive tools. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and adaptable — recognizing that every person processes life differently and that support should never be one-size-fits-all.
Some people process through conversation and reflection. Others through creativity, structure, movement, sensory grounding, or having space to pause and breathe.
Areas of Support:
Neurodiversity-informed support
Mindfulness and grounding practices
Emotional regulation strategies
Creative approaches including art, colour, food, and sensory engagement
Communication and reflective support
Nervous system awareness
Workshops, facilitation, and group experiences
TimeWaver sessions and informational field support
Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, sensory sensitivities, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and communication challenges. I’ve also worked alongside schools, community organizations, and families supporting neurodiverse young people and adults. At the heart of Mandalia House is the belief that wellbeing is deeply personal. Sometimes people need practical strategies. Sometimes they need understanding, reflection, creativity, or simply a calmer space to reconnect with themselves. Whether through workshops, one-to-one sessions, or group programs, my intention is always the same: To create supportive, human-centred spaces where people feel seen, understood, and better equipped to move forward in ways that feel realistic, meaningful, and sustainable.
Experience & Training My work is supported by a broad background in communication, facilitation, emotional wellbeing, neurodiversity, and mind–body approaches developed across both the UK and Canada.
