ABOUT ANDREA – Mandalia House | Living Well Mind–Body & Sensory Wellness Practitioner Youth, Adult & Family Support | Neurodiversity-Informed Care | TimeWaver Practitioner
For 25+ years, I’ve worked in the intersection of human behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and everyday resilience. My career began in the UK as a corporate training manager, where I designed and delivered global programs in communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and crisis support. That foundation shaped how I understand people — not just what they struggle with, but how they think, feel, learn, and adapt. Over time, my work expanded into mindfulness, mental wellbeing, and neurodiversity-informed support, working with both youth and adults across Canada and the UK. I’ve supported families, organizations, schools, and individuals navigating everything from overwhelm and stress to ADHD, sensory needs, burnout, emotional dysregulation, and major life transitions. What I bring into every session is simple: A grounded, compassionate, and practical approach to helping people live well — in ways that suit their nervous system, their personality, and their real life.
My Approach I don’t believe wellbeing is one-size-fits-all. Some people settle through words and conversation. Others through sensory grounding, creativity, movement, or quiet. My work blends:
Sensory regulation
Mindfulness and nervous system support
ADHD- and neurodiversity-informed strategies
Creative approaches (art, food, colour, rhythm)
Emotional clarity and practical planning
TimeWaver information field balancing
Every session meets you where you are — whether you’re a teen feeling overwhelmed, a parent trying to support your child, or an adult who simply wants to feel steadier in daily life.
