Mind–Body & Sensory Support for Youth, Adults, and Families

At Mandalia House, I offer practical, accessible support for people navigating stress, neurodiversity, overwhelm, or life transitions. Each service is designed to help your body and mind settle, reconnect, and find balance again.

Living Well Sessions

Living Well sessions are flexible, one-to-one support sessions for adults, young people, and children.
They’re for times when life feels overwhelming, unsettled, or difficult to manage — when something isn’t quite working, but it’s not clear where to start.
Sessions are shaped around the person in front of me. We work in practical, supportive ways to help things settle, understand what’s getting in the way, and identify what may help day to day — whether that’s around stress, focus, emotional regulation, sensory overload, routines, or communication.
Living Well sessions can be a starting point, a place to steady things, or ongoing support depending on what’s needed.

People often come to Living Well sessions when they are:
  • feeling anxious, stressed, or emotionally unsettled
  • feeling stuck, scattered, or easily overwhelmed
  • dealing with attention, sensory, or regulation challenges
  • supporting a child or teen with routines, communication, or confidence
  • noticing that everyday life is taking more effort than it used to

What a session may include:
  • Mindful awareness practices
  • Sensory regulation tools
  • Breathwork and grounding strategies
  • Creative and visual approaches
  • Emotional decoding and practical planning

Youth & Family Support
Practical guidance for children, teens, and parents
A space for youth to feel understood and supported in navigating executive functioning demands, emotional ups and downs, and school or social stress. Parents receive tools and guidance to support their child without burnout.

  • ADHD-informed routines
  • Reducing overwhelm and shutting down
  • Sleep and daily transitions
  • Strengthening parent–child connection

Creative & Sensory Wellness
Grounding and expression through art, food, and sensory exploration
Creative and sensory approaches offer a non-verbal, gentle way to support regulation, confidence, and emotional expression. Ideal for youth, adults, and parent/child pairs.
Available as:
  • One-to-one sessions
  • Youth creative sessions
  • Parent–child sessions
  • Small group workshops
Methods may include:
  • Intuitive art
  • Sensory-focused cooking activities
  • Colour and texture work
  • Creative journaling

Sunday Morning Calm (Zoom Meditation)
A weekly online meditation for grounding and clarity
A gentle 30-minute guided meditation each Sunday at 9 AM EST to help you begin your week settled and steady.
Includes:
  • Breathwork
  • Gentle visualization
  • Sensory grounding
  • A calm start to your week
Fee: $15 drop-in · $45 for 4 sessions

Workshops and Community Programs

I partner with schools, workplaces, organisations, and community groups to deliver wellbeing programs for all ages.
My sessions blend mindfulness, creative expression, sensory wellness, and neurodiversity-informed practices to support emotional regulation, connection, and confidence in both individuals and teams.
Previous collaborations include Big Brothers Big Sisters (Project Ignite), Community Living (CLEW), and a range of youth and adult wellbeing programs across Canada and the UK.

TimeWaver Sessions
Emotional balance and energetic coherence through the information field
TimeWaver works within the information field to identify emotional, energetic, and subconscious imbalances, helping the body and mind return to a more regulated state.
Supportive for:
  • Emotional heaviness or overwhelm
  • Feeling “off” without knowing why
  • Stress, fatigue, or burnout
  • Relationship patterns
  • Energetic clearing and coherence
