I bring a creative approach to your sessions utilizing a combination of skills based on over 25 years of behavioural and mindfulness training and mental health awareness. I offer a space to discover your own patterns in life and how to create positive and impactful steps for change. Through in-depth and dynamic sessions, a path can be created to improve relationships with yourself, others and all areas of life.

Business Insights and Development
My background is both within the corporate and behavioral training field. I offer a unique approach combining my background in the corporate world and mindfulness to allow focus and insights into your business. I have lead restoration and revitalization projects for both small businesses and corporations. I also offer team dynamic training, motivational speaking and mindfulness to support your company. We work in collaboration to allow your business to become the vision you desire it to be. I can offer one-to-one support for you or your staff to support positive mindset change and fluid communication.
Mindfulness Through Art and Music (all ages)
Expressing emotion and mental clutter through art and music is both peace-inducing and health-promoting. Texture, colour and movement help to settle the mind, become more grounded and provide a unique outlet for processing emotion. Music is a beautiful and effective outlet to allow the soul and body to heal. I can offer a space for you to explore healing and wellness through creative outlets. These areas are massively supportive for children and adults and all abilities.
It is my passion to work with children and all ages and abilities to allow a space of mental wellness support.

Mindset Bootcamp
This is a mindset retraining program that has been designed to reshape and take control of our thoughts. We often allow emotion and knee-jerk reactions to pave our way in life. When we operate from emotion it can lead to an unhealthy relationship and coping strategies. Mindset training can allow you to feel clear and lead a healthier life. Past clients reported reduced anxiety, improved sleep and have a positive change in all aspects of their life.
This is a 10-hour program broken down and customized into four to six weeks. The meetings are booked based on your schedule and needs.
The program includes weekly zoom or phone individual training and phone/text support.
This bootcamp has been created based on over 25 years in the mindfulness industry and behavioural training.
The Mindful I
The Mindful I is a tiered immersive program created to build a solid foundation of mental wellbeing. During the program, you will be on a journey of self-discovery and awareness. The tools and process will allow healthier more enriched relationships with self and others. You will discover a deep self-awareness and your own path to a peace-led life.
The program is based on training and experience spanning over 20 years worldwide.

There are two options to take part in The Mindful I program.
The Mindful I - Mentorship - Level 1
An 8-week immersive mindfulness and mental resilience program to support your path to empowerment, mental freedom and peace. This is a level 1 and is a prerequisite for the remainder of the program.
This program runs for 8 weeks.
One individual session at the beginning of the program to goal set and create a personalized strategy.
Three group zoom meetings to support your path of change.
Weekly access to new material and tools to continue your journey of wellness.
One individual review meeting at the end of level one.
The Mindful 1 - Level 1 - Online program
This is a six-week online program created for you to work at your own pace and speed.
You will receive weekly access to new material for you to journey with on your path to self-discovery.
The program content has been created using a diverse range of mindfulness and self-discovery tools in order to build your mental resilience, mindfulness and wellbeing.
This is a prerequisite to levels 2 and 3.
Meditations and Breathwork
I offer a unique way of supporting your wellness based on years of information-gathering training in the mental health field and in holistic care. Meditation and breathwork have been linked to reducing stress and anxiety in addition to overall mental wellness support. I offer in-person sessions to individuals or groups based on age and ability.

Public Speaking
I have had the honour to speak at events and gatherings worldwide over the last 25 years. Talks can be based on the requirements of the client or group or as a general mindful and mental health focus. International talks are available.
