About Andrea
Andrea is a seasoned wellness practitioner with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and organizations in both Canada and the UK. Her work spans diverse settings, from schools and community centers to corporate environments, where she has guided individuals and teams to prioritize well-being and achieve sustainable growth.
In the UK, Andrea served as a school specialist, working closely with students, parents, and educators to support neurodiversity and mental health through mindfulness, creative strategies, and holistic practices. She also partnered with businesses to design and deliver workshops on stress management, resilience, and workplace wellness.
Since returning to Canada, Andrea has continued to combine her expertise in mental health, mindfulness, and creative expression to support individuals, small businesses, and corporations. Her unique approach integrates practical tools with a deep understanding of personal and professional challenges, helping her clients find balance and thrive in their environments.
Andrea’s warm and engaging style creates a safe space for participants to explore their needs and implement lasting changes. Whether working one-to-one or with larger groups, her mission is to empower people to lead healthier, more connected, and fulfilling lives.
