The Mindful I - Level 1 - Online program
This is a six week online program created for you to work at your own pace and speed. You will receive weekly access to new material for you to journey with on your path to self- discovery.
The program content has been created using a diverse range of mindfulness and self-discovery tools in order to build your mental resilience, mindfulness and wellbeing.
This is a prerequisite to level 2 and 3.
This program starts on November 1.
