Student Wellbeing, Neurodiversity & School Support
Helping schools create environments where students feel understood, supported, and able to thrive.
Andrea Lines-Botell provides tailored educational wellbeing, neurodiversity and learning consultancy to schools internationally. Drawing on experience supporting schools and educational organisations across the UK and Canada, she works with students, staff and families through in-person, online and hybrid partnerships.
Her work helps schools better understand and respond to the emotional, behavioural and neurodiversity-related needs that often sit beneath learning, confidence, communication and connection.
Rather than delivering a standard programme, Andrea takes time to understand each school's culture, priorities and strengths before designing practical support that fits the needs of its students, staff and wider community. Working alongside students, families, educators and leadership teams, Andrea helps school communities better understand what sits beneath behaviour, learning and wellbeing, then develops practical, tailored support that strengthens confidence, connection and inclusion.

Andrea's Approach
Every school community is unique.
Andrea's approach begins with understanding. Before recommending any support, Andrea takes time to understand your school's culture, priorities, strengths and aspirations. This ensures every recommendation is practical, relevant and tailored to your community.
Support may include student wellbeing programmes, staff development, parent education, neurodiversity consultancy, individual student support or longer-term wellbeing initiatives. Every recommendation is shaped around what will have the greatest impact for your school.
By combining over 20 years of experience across education, neurodiversity, communication, facilitation and emotional wellbeing, Andrea helps schools build approaches that are practical, sustainable and embedded into everyday school life, creating positive change that extends well beyond an individual workshop or training session.

How We Begin
Every school is different, so the first step is simply a conversation.
This gives us the opportunity to talk about your school, what is working well, where there may be challenges, and what you hope to achieve. It is also a chance to explore whether I'm the right fit for your students, staff and wider school community.
Following our conversation, I'll put together a proposal tailored to your school's needs. This might include staff development, student wellbeing programmes, neurodiversity support, parent education, one-to-one work or ongoing consultancy, depending on what would be most helpful.
Whether you're looking for support with a specific project or you're interested in building a longer-term partnership, my aim is always to provide practical, meaningful support that fits your school and the people within it.
