The Mindful I is a tiered immersive program created to build a solid foundation of mental wellbeing. During the program you will be on a journey of self-discovery and awareness. The tools and process will allow healthier more enriched relationships with self and others. You will discover a deep self-awareness and your own path to a peace led life.
The program is based on training and experience spanning over 25 years worldwide. Some of the areas will include Behavioral & Motivational Training Mindfulness Conflict Resolution & Assertiveness Training Team Dynamics Neurolinguistics Programming Emotional Intelligence
There are two options to take part in The Mindful I program.
The Mindful I - Mentorship - Level 1
An 8 week immersive mindfulness and mental resilience program to support your path to empowerment, mental freedom and peace. This is a level 1 and is a prerequisite for the remainder of the program. This program runs for an 8 week period starting November 1.
One individual session at the beginning of the program to goal set and create a personalized strategy. Three group zoom meetings to support your path of change. Weekly access to new material and tools to continue your journey of wellness. One individual review meeting at the end of level one.
The Mindful 1 - Level 1 - Online program
This is a six week online program created for you to work at your own pace and speed. You will receive weekly access to new material for you to journey with on your path to self- discovery. The program content has been created using a diverse range of mindfulness and self-discovery tools in order to build your mental resilience, mindfulness and wellbeing. This is a prerequisite to level 2 and 3. This program starts on November 1.
